With over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial maintenance, the owner and operator of now B2U Preventative Maintenance Services, created this company to set out and embark on a vision and mission of providing quality, fair priced, and guaranteed maintenance to facilities within the Philadelphia area and surrounding counties.
From the development of comprehensive, client-driven, and customizable plans, B2U focus is on providing preventative maintenance, safety evaluations, and general maintenance to its clients. Preventative maintenance offers clients peace of mind with controlling potentially costly repairs, energy conservation, a review of the costs, and reduces time within facilities. Our second service, safety evaluations, are checkpoints conducted daily to ensure the safety and compliance of operations. With the safety evaluations, B2U provides pre-evaluations, recommends cost effective repairs, and ensures all compliance requirements are met. Lastly, general maintenance is provided to establish comfort with tenants and clients to promote ongoing cleanliness, safety, and repairs on the spot.
