We provide a complimentary consultation and estimate over the phone, during which customers can send photos or videos to help with the assessment. If an in-person visit is needed to capture photos, videos, and details of the project, a  consultation fee applies. However, this fee will be credited toward the repair cost should the customer choose to proceed with our services.
